بررسی خاصیت ضدباكتريايی و ضدقارچی افزودن نانوذرات اکسید روی به مواد بهسازي بافت مورد استفاده در پروتز كامل

چکیده

مقدمه: اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي خاصيت ضدباكتريايي و ضدقارچي حاصل از افزودن نانوذرات ZnO به بهساز بافتي انجام گرفت.

مواد و روش‌ها: اين مطالعه‌ی آزمايشگاهي، در دانشکده‌ی دندان‌پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد و تعداد 144 نمونه تهيه و بررسي گرديد. نانوذرات ZnO به روش ترسيب نوري سنتز شده و با درصدهاي جرمي 0/625، 1/25، 2/5، 5، 10 و 20 با مايع بهساز بافتي به طور يكنواخت همگن گرديد. در مطالعه‌ي حاضر، از 4 گونه‌ي باكتريايي (استافيلوكوکاورئوس، سودوموناسآيروژنوزا، كانديدا آلبيكانس، انتروكوک فكاليس) كه نماينده‌اي از انواع مختلف ميكروارگانيسم‌هاي پاتوژن هستند، استفاده شده است. ميزان رشد ميكروارگانيسم‌ها توسط دستگاه اسپكتروفتومتر بر اساس توربيديتي اندازه‌گيري شد و خوانش در 600 نانومتر انجام گرفت. از آزمون‌های آماری ANOVA و Tukey post hoc جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده گردید. سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 در نظر گرفته شد.

یافته‌ها: در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، افزايش نانوذرات ZnO به بهسازي بافت، باعث كاهش تمامي ميكروارگانيسم‌هاي مورد بررسي گرديد. در غلظت 20 درصد، مهار كامل رشد براي كانديدا آلبيكانس، استرپتوكوكوس موتانس، انتروكوک فكاليس و سودوموناس آيروژنزا اتفاق افتاد. بهترين غلظت تأثير براي كانديدا و انتروكوک فكاليس در غلظت 20 درصد ZnO و براي استرپتوكوكوس موتانس و سودوموناس آيروژنزا در غلظت 5 درصد بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: افزايش نانوذرات ZnO، به بهسازي بافت، باعث كاهش رشد ميكروارگانيسم‌ها مي‌گردد.
